Foam set 1/2″ HD ISO board. Installed fully adhered white TPO 60 mil roofing membrane, new edge metal detail, and all new drain inserts. Over freezer section of warehouse, we custom designed a tapered ISO insulation system of an R-Value of 30 and installed the TPO membrane in a fashion to eliminate vapor loss at the freezer.
